6 week program

I have set myself a mini goal for the next six weeks to try and get myself into some good habits. The program basically sets out days where I will exercise (4 days a week), and sticking to under 1200 calories a day (which is pretty easy, except that they are often laden with fat!). It's only 6 weeks, but I'm hoping it will kickstart my weight loss and get me down to a size 14 where I feel that I will be a little more comfortable in my body. So here goes!

Starting stats
Bust - 100cm
Waist - 103cm
Hips - 108cm
Weight - 75kg
