I'm currently sitting around 74kg, which is a tiny bit higher than I would like, so I am focusing on eating healthily and getting lots of incident exercise throughout the day. I am having some injections in my back soon so that hopefully I can start running again pain-free!
Some photos to show where I am now!

WOW!! I have just read your blog from start to finish and I am so happy I did!! I have just locked my surgery in for 3 weeks time and was still nervous about have I done the right thing? You look fabulous and I loved that you have continued to blog for years later because this is what I really wanted to know... does life seem normal ever after... You really are an inspiration and congratulations on achieving your goals. Thanks for sharing! :-) :-) :-)
ReplyDeleteHonestly it feels completely normal. I don't even think about it a great deal, it's just this amazing thing that happened and has made my life so much better. Go for it!!
